Tutela is a Prosecco Treviso DOC from the Veneto region of Italy, made from 100% Glera, a grape native to the Treviso area, grown on alkaline sandstone soils with a good amount of stone. The juice ferments for 14 to 19 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then is made sparkling by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in steel autoclaves. 11.5% ABV.
