Poderi e Cantine Oddero (La Morra). 100% Barbera from Castiglione Falletto (~250m) and La Morra (~230m); about a 10-day fermentation/maceration in stainless steel, malolactic, then roughly 16 months in French oak casks.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby-red with purple tinges; cherry, blackberry, small red fruits, pepper and mineral notes with excellent freshness; soft, fresh tannins over the classic Barbera acidic backbone.
