Terredora di Paolo has been at the forefront of Campania's wine renaissance since 1978, rediscovering and restoring the region's native varieties -- Aglianico, Fiano, Greco and Falanghina -- across roughly 180 hectares of vineyards. This Falanghina Campania IGT, part of the Compagnia delle Vigne range, is sourced from selected vineyards across the region; grapes are hand-selected in early October, cold-macerated, softly pressed, fermented at controlled temperature, and aged four months on lees in steel before a further month in bottle.
