Profile & Story

Ziobaffa is a Tuscan-coast organic wine project created through a collaboration between filmmaker Jason Baffa and fifth-generation winemaker Piergiorgio Castellani. The Toscana Rosso IGT blends organic, estate-harvested Sangiovese with other varieties (Syrah) from vineyards near the Tuscan coast, bottled and labeled with bio-safe materials.

Tasting Notes

A mild, elegant Tuscan red rich in black cherry and blackberry flavors with smooth tannins; the long, juicy finish echoes fruit, spice and earth notes.
