Profile & Story
Beckmen Vineyards, founded by the Beckmen family in 1994, farms the biodynamically certified Purisima Mountain Vineyard in Ballard Canyon, Santa Barbara County — the first biodynamic vineyard in the county. This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Block 1 of the estate, where limestone soils and slower ripening extend hang time and build vibrant acidity. It is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve fresh citrus and tropical character.

A biodynamic Santa Barbara Sauvignon Blanc with real mineral drive beneath the citrus and passionfruit. Restaurant's Notes: Grapefruit, gooseberry, lime zest, passion fruit, fresh-cut herbs, wet stone; zesty and clean with a mineral snap.
