Profile & Story
Burgáns is a custom cuvée produced by Martín Códax, the largest cooperative winery in the Rías Baixas appellation, founded in 1986 by roughly 50 winegrowing families and now encompassing nearly 600 families across the Salnés subzone. The wine draws on Salnés' granite-based sandy soils, prized for the pit-fruit richness and bracing minerality they bring to Albariño. It is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel to keep the wine fresh and expressive.
Tasting Notes
Ripe stone fruit and citrus riding on a wave of coastal minerality — a textbook Salnés Albariño. Restaurant's Notes: White peach, apricot, lime, sea spray, jasmine; lively acidity with a juicy, mouthwatering finish.

Excellent with shellfish, ceviche, or grilled white fish.
