Domaine Tollot-Beaut traces back to the 1880s in Chorey-lès-Beaune, when François Tollot began planting vines later expanded by his son Alexandre, who married Aurélie Beaut; the family began estate-bottling in 1921 and today the domaine is run by cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul, and Olivier Tollot across roughly 23 hectares of Pinot Noir and 2 hectares of Chardonnay spanning village to grand cru sites. Their regional Bourgogne Rouge draws on Côte d'Or Pinot Noir parcels and is vinified in the domaine's traditional style, showing the polished, generous house character that has made Tollot-Beaut a benchmark négociant-grower across the appellation ladder.
