Profile & Story

Dominio de las Abejas is a boutique, CCOF-certified organic winery founded in 2015 by Mauricio Ruiz Cantú in Valle de Ojos Negros, Baja California. This Rosado blends 65% Grenache and 35% Nebbiolo, fermented separately with native yeasts before assembly and a few months' aging on the lees in concrete eggs. The estate emphasizes minimal-intervention, natural winemaking with no fining or filtration, so a little natural sediment is normal.

Tasting Notes

A savory, mineral-driven Baja rosé built from an unusual Grenache-Nebbiolo blend. Restaurant's Notes: Wild strawberry, pomegranate, tangerine zest, crushed herbs; bright and savory with a mineral edge.

A great match for ceviche, grilled octopus, or a light seafood salad.
