Drappier is a family estate in Urville, in the Aube (Côte des Bar), whose style leans on an unusually high proportion of Pinot Noir. Carte d'Or is roughly 80% Pinot Noir, giving it a rounder, more generous character than many Marne Valley Champagnes.
