Founded in 2011 by winemakers Carla Figueroa Torres and Eliecer Rodríguez Arroyo, Duoma is a small-production, minimal-intervention winery in Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe. This Pet-Nat is bottled before primary fermentation finishes and hand-riddled using the ancestral method, capturing the winery's honest, unmanipulated house style.

Tasting Notes

A hand-riddled pét-nat bottled before fermentation finishes, giving it a naturally fizzy, slightly hazy pour with rustic, farmhouse energy true to Duoma's minimal-intervention style.
