Emmolo is a Napa Valley Merlot specialist founded by Jenny Wagner, drawing on land that has belonged to her mother's family, the Emmolos, for generations. Light, gravelly soils on the estate vineyards allow longer hang time, and techniques like crop thinning are used to coax an elegant, distinctive style out of a variety often overlooked in Napa.
