Far Niente was founded in 1885 by John Benson, a forty-niner of the California Gold Rush, and today draws its Chardonnay largely from the cooler Coombsville AVA of Napa Valley. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak, aiming for a polished balance between ripe fruit and a silky texture.
Tasting Notes
