Ammonite is Greg Linn's Champagne label, sourced from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. The Ammonite Rosé is built on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the traditional method, named for the fossil shells embedded in the chalk that gives the Côte des Blancs its mineral signature.

Tasting Notes

Delicate wild strawberry and citrus over a fine, chalky mineral core. Restaurant's Notes: Strawberry, white peach, blood orange, subtle herbs; dry, crisp, and refreshingly mineral.
