Henriot is a Champagne house founded in Reims in 1808, long defined by a Chardonnay-led house style drawn from Grand and Premier Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs. The family also owns Bouchard Père & Fils in Burgundy and William Fèvre in Chablis.
