Hourglass is a small, family-owned Napa Valley winery on the Hourglass Estate in Calistoga, best known for Cabernet Sauvignon but also making a limited estate white — 91% Sauvignon Blanc with 9% Sémillon — under winemaker Tony Biagi, from Larkmead Lane, Varozza and Gamble Ranch fruit.

Tasting Notes

Hourglass's rare white — vibrant and herbaceous, built with the same precision as their Cabernets. Restaurant's Notes: Crisp, refreshing; vibrant acidity with notes of green apple, citrus, and herbs, often with herbaceous undertones.
