Profile & Story
John Duval spent decades as Penfolds' chief winemaker, including years crafting Grange and developing RWT Shiraz, before founding his own Barossa label in 2003. Entity is his flagship regional Shiraz, a blend selected from old vineyards across both Barossa Valley and Eden Valley including the Krondorf and Marananga districts, matured in French oak.
Tasting Notes
A polished, old-vine Barossa Shiraz layered with dark fruit and toasted spice. Restaurant's Notes: Blackberry, black plum, violet, cocoa, espresso, black pepper; full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long, dark-fruited finish.

Pairs with grilled ribeye or a rich lamb shoulder.
