Domaine Joseph Pascal (known as Jean Pascal et Fils prior to the 2021/2022 vintage) is a family estate that has worked vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet since the early 1900s, now spread across 14-15 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, and Volnay. The Puligny-Montrachet village bottling is barrel-fermented and aged 11-12 months with roughly 20-25% new oak.
