Profile & Story
Colgin Cellars, founded by Ann Colgin, is known for cult hillside Napa Valley vineyards including IX Estate, Tychson Hill and Cariad. 'Jubilation' was created as a more supple, earlier-drinking Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine assembled from barrels across those three hillside sites, with the inaugural 2016 vintage released in late 2020. The 2021 vintage is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 8% Petit Verdot, and the wine retails around $325-350 a bottle.
Tasting Notes
Polished and generous, Colgin's more approachable red offers dark cherry and baking spice framed by silky, refined tannins. Restaurant's Notes: Black cherry, blueberry compote, vanilla bean, and mocha; generous, plush texture.

Pairs beautifully with prime rib, wood-grilled steak, or rich mole dishes.
