Levo is a small-production Paso Robles label crafted by winemaker Bret Urness out of a Tin City warehouse, sourcing fruit from top Central Coast growers including Stolpman, Larner, and Fulldraw vineyards. Its white bottlings are Rhône-style blends built around Grenache Blanc and Picpoul, aiming for tension and salinity rather than richness. Note: Levo makes more than one white blend under similar names (an "El Paso de Robles White Blend" of 62% Grenache Blanc/38% Picpoul, and a separate Willow Creek estate "Levo Vineyard White Blend" of Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Roussanne and Petit Manseng) — the image sourced here is for the more widely available El Paso de Robles bottling; producer and vintage should be double-checked against the exact bottle on the restaurant's shelf.

Tasting Notes
