Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's oldest négociant houses, with a long-standing presence in Puligny-Montrachet. Its village bottling draws on vineyards across the northern, middle, and southern parts of the appellation's slope; grapes are hand-harvested, pressed, and fermented in barrel without bâtonnage, aged with roughly 20% new oak.
