Margaux de Brane is produced by Château Brane-Cantenac, a Second Growth (Deuxième Cru Classé) estate in the Margaux appellation that has been run by the Lurton family for three generations, currently under Henri Lurton. Made from the estate's youngest vines across Brane-Cantenac's gravel-topped plateau, Margaux de Brane is vinified and aged in stainless steel to highlight fruit purity, offering an accessible, silky introduction to the Brane-Cantenac house style.
Tasting Notes
A fragrant, medium-bodied glass built on blackcurrant and red plum, lifted by violet and finished with graphite and cedar spice. Restaurant's Notes: Blackcurrant, red plum, violet, graphite, cedar; medium body with refined tannins and a classic, perfumed finish.
