Profile & Story
Mojave Wines is helmed by winemaker Rebecca George, who trained in Burgundy and on the Sonoma Coast. Its Chardonnay comes exclusively from Fallen Leaf Vineyard in the hills above Sonoma, fermented in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels with weekly lees stirring and partial malolactic fermentation to soften the vineyard's naturally bright acidity.
