Monte Xanic, one of Valle de Guadalupe's pioneering modern wineries, makes this Provençal-style rosé from 100% Grenache grown in its high-elevation Viña Alta estate vineyard in Valle de Ojos Negros. Winemaker Oscar Gaona times the harvest specifically for aromatic freshness and a naturally medium-high acidity. The wine anchors Monte Xanic's "Rosa Mexicano" campaign celebrating Mexican pink.

Tasting Notes

A pale, Provençal-styled Baja rosé — strawberry and white pepper with a crisp, refreshing snap. Restaurant's Notes: Strawberry, watermelon, pink grapefruit, rose petal, white pepper; dry and crunchy with a refreshing finish.
