Profile & Story

Paco & Lola is a modern cooperative winery founded in 2005 in the Val do Salnés subzone of Rías Baixas, Spain's largest Albariño-producing area, known worldwide for its playful polka-dot bottle. The wine is 100% Albariño grown in sandy, granitic soils near the Atlantic coast, fermented in stainless steel and rested briefly on fine lees. Val do Salnés accounts for over 70% of all Rías Baixas production and gives the wine its bright acidity and mineral snap.

Tasting Notes
