This entry-level bottling from Domaine Paul Pernot in Puligny-Montrachet traditionally comes from two organically farmed parcels: one adjacent to the Château du Puligny-Montrachet within the village itself, and another on Puligny's border with Meursault. It is fermented and aged in barrel with only a small portion (around 5%) new oak, offering a taste of the domaine's house style at a village-Bourgogne price point.
