Domaine Paul Pernot et Ses Fils, founded in 1959, is one of Puligny-Montrachet's largest landholders alongside Domaine Leflaive, with family roots in the village stretching back over 200 years. The village-level Puligny-Montrachet draws on parcels from the north, middle, and southern parts of the slope, hand-harvested and fermented in barrel without bâtonnage, aged with about 20% new oak.

Tasting Notes

A rich, textbook Puligny-Montrachet balancing ripe orchard fruit with the appellation's signature mineral drive. Restaurant's Notes: White flowers, lemon curd, hazelnut, subtle oak; silky with tension and a long mineral tail.
