Profile & Story

Santos Brujos, founded in 2008 by Sergio Salgado in Valle de Guadalupe, was Mexico's first Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic winery. Its vineyards are planted in an unconventional Fibonacci-spiral layout on clay, sand, and quartz soils, with the Chardonnay given a brief period of French oak aging over a base of stainless steel.
