Profile & Story

Scielo is a label of RGMX, based in the Valle de Parras, Coahuila — Mexico's oldest wine-growing region. The 2024 vintage is the first made entirely from estate vineyards that have completed conversion to regenerative farming. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel with no oak contact, preserving bright acidity and clean fruit character.

Tasting Notes

A clean, unoaked young Mexican white built for everyday drinking, with bright citrus lift and a saline edge. Restaurant's Notes: Lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, pear skin, a hint of tropical papaya; crisp and lively with a light saline snap.
