Sinegal Estate is a historic 30-acre property in St. Helena dating to 1879, organically farmed and centered around a restored 1880s Victorian home and an underground cave system. The 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet blends estate and neighboring fruit — roughly 84% Cabernet Sauvignon with Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot — aged 20 months in largely new French oak.
