Profile & Story
Soter Vineyards was founded in 1997 by Tony and Michelle Soter, who farm the 240-acre Mineral Springs Ranch under Demeter-certified Biodynamic and COOF-certified Organic practices in the Yamhill-Carlton District. This bottling comes from the ranch's 40-acre ridgeline block of Pinot Noir, fermented with 30 days of extended maceration and aged 12 months in 40% new French oak. The 2021 vintage earned 94 points and a Cellar Selection distinction from Wine Enthusiast.
Tasting Notes
A vibrant, red-fruited Pinot Noir with classic berry flavors laced with cranberry, baking spice and a mouthwatering kiss of sea salt and cedar. Restaurant's Notes: cranberry, pomegranate, baking spice, black tea, subtle oak.
