Soter Vineyards, founded in 1997 by Tony and Michelle Soter, biodynamically farms Mineral Springs Ranch in the Yamhill-Carlton District, a 240-acre property Demeter-certified since its Pinot Noir plantings began in 2002. This 2021 bottling was fermented with extended maceration and aged 12 months in 40% new French oak, drawing on the ranch's marine sedimentary soils for its structure and lift.
