Telmont, based in Damery in the Marne Valley and now farmed biodynamically, makes Réserve Rosé from an unusually high 88% Chardonnay and 12% Meunier — one of the very few Brut Nature (zero-dosage) rosés in Champagne, sourced from the chalk-soil crus of Songy, Damery, and Avize.
Tasting Notes
A rare zero-dosage rosé built almost entirely on Chardonnay, giving it a luminous, refined, mineral-driven character rather than the bolder red-fruit profile typical of most Champagne rosés. Restaurant's Notes: Cranberry, pomegranate, blood orange, pastry cream, crushed stone; vibrant and elegantly dry.
