The Terraces is a historic Rutherford, Napa Valley estate whose Zinfandel vines trace to plantings established by the Werle family; Caymus founder Charlie Wagner sourced fruit from this same vineyard as far back as the 1950s. The wine is made in a structured, claret-style approach emphasizing tannin and ageability over pure jamminess.
