Unwritten is a small-production Napa Valley Cabernet made by winemaker Mark Porembski, founder of Zeitgeist Cellars, sourced from two of the valley's top sites: the Oakville Station vineyard near To Kalon and David Abreu's Las Posadas Vineyard on Howell Mountain.

Tasting Notes

Dark currant, graphite, and leather with a Pauillac-like lead-pencil note; full-bodied with firm structure and a long, savory finish. Restaurant's Notes: Cassis, plum, tobacco leaf, espresso, graphite; full-bodied with firm structure and a long, savory finish.
