About the Wine
The grapes were harvested by hand between 20/02 and 04/03 They were transported in 400 kg containers. The oxidative method was used for the production. The bunches were dumped into the pneumatic press where the juice was separated. A destubbling was performed prior to fermentation. 50% of the fermentation took place in French oak barrels, the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks. Selected and indigenous yeasts were used at a controlled temperature between 16-20°C. Partial malolactic fermentation (50%) was carried out, battonage work until the end and aging on lees for 6 months. • Maturation time: approximately 6 months (aging in barrels and steel tanks in contact with lees) • Type of oak: French, 100% used. • Types of filtration: Coarse filtration in the winery/Cartridge in fractionation

Tasting Notes
It displays a limpid and bright light yellow colour with greenish hues. Complex aroma with notes of spring white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit. In the mouth, its entry is gentle. It is a sweet and unctuous wine in the middle mouth with a long and persistent finish. Its natural acidity makes it a fresh wine, while the contact with the lees as well as its oak ageing grant it elegance and unctuousness.
