Domaine de Stricou is a small natural-wine estate in Montréal d'Aude, in the Gers/Côtes de Gascogne corner of Southwest France, run by Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet, who farm disease-resistant varieties including Souvignier Gris alongside old-vine Grenache. 'Vigne Rebelle' is a skin-contact, orange-style bottling made from 100% Souvignier Gris.
