Jean-François Gras bottles under his own name from Domaine Saint François Xavier in Gigondas, at the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail; the estate, founded in the early twentieth century, is now farmed organically by the Gras family. The Rouge is a Grenache-led blend with Syrah and a touch of Mourvèdre/Cinsault.
Tasting Notes
A classic, food-friendly southern Côtes du Rhône red, built on ripe Grenache fruit with garrigue spice from its Dentelles de Montmirail terroir.
