Profile & Story
Pierre Sparr has been growing and vinifying wine in Sigolsheim, Alsace since 1680. The Crémant d'Alsace Brut Réserve is a blanc de blancs, built mainly from Pinot Blanc with a portion of Auxerrois, made in the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Light yellow with green reflections and a fine, glittering mousse; aromas of galia melon, sweet woodruff and dried mango meet mineral and light nutty tones, carried by crisp, lemony acidity.
