Cave de Ribeauvillé, founded in 1895, is one of Alsace's oldest wine cooperatives, drawing fruit from growers around Ribeauvillé. The Giersberger Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut is made entirely from Pinot Noir using the traditional method.
Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in the glass with a fine, crisp mousse; red berry fruit and a hint of Cox Orange Pippin apple lead to a fresh, elegant, faintly brioche-toned finish.
