Banshee's mission is affordable-luxury Sonoma County wine. Its Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards across Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, Sonoma Valley, and Knights Valley; the wine is fully destemmed, given a three-day cold soak, put through natural malolactic fermentation in barrel, and aged eight months in 25% new French oak.
