Domaine Gerard Millet is a Loire Valley estate based in Bue, run by Gerard and Isabelle Millet with their son Steve. Alongside 19 hectares of Sancerre, the family farms several hectares of Menetou-Salon in the cooler villages of Morogues and Aubinges; the white is vinified without oak influence to keep the fruit pure, and the estate holds HVE Level 3 sustainable-farming certification.
