Domaine Thomas Labille is a Chablis estate founded in 1987, originally 11 hectares alongside cereal crops; by 1992 the property had shifted entirely to wine. Thomas Labille, who trained as cellar master for some of Chablis's biggest names including Domaine Laroche, took over the domaine in 2019 and farms sustainably across 35 hectares spanning Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils prized for the elegance and minerality they bring to the wines.
