Tre Secoli was formed from the merger of two historic Piedmont cooperatives, Cantina di Mombaruzzo and Cantina di Ricaldone, whose grower families have worked these hills since 1887. 'Le Ginestre' is their Gavi DOCG bottling, made from 100% Cortese grown in the Terre di Ricaldone area.
Tasting Notes
A pale straw-yellow color with green reflections; an intense, characteristic aroma of fresh flowers and white fruit, delicate and harmonious on the palate.
Pairing Recommendation
The producer recommends it with fish throughout the meal - excellent with oysters, white meats, and vegetable dishes.
