Scored 93 points in the Descorchados Guide 2026 — the leading wine guide in Latin America. Grown on our estate vineyard in Chile Chico, Aysén, planted in 2019 — over 2,000 kilometres south of Santiago, making this one of the most southerly Pinot Noirs in the world. First harvested in 2022, aged 12 months in barrel. The extreme southern climate is everything here — it defines the acidity, the fruit character, the whole personality of the wine.
Tasting Notes
Aromatic nose of fresh red fruits, lavender, and underbrush. On the palate, crisp and crunchy red fruits with pronounced, precise acidity and fine, angular tannins. Medium-bodied with a long finish full of tart red fruit. The cold, extreme climate of Chilean Patagonia shapes a Pinot Noir that is electric, fresh, and completely its own.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent with salmon, duck breast, mushroom risotto, or lamb chops. Works well with charcuterie, aged cheeses, or earthy dishes with lentils and root vegetables. A versatile food wine — the acidity cuts through richness and the freshness lifts everything around it.
