Tasting Notes
Aspect: Bright. Color: Clear ruby red. Aroma: Complex, slightly full-bodied and vinous, with notes of wild berries. Flavor: On the palate, there is a good balance between the main components (alcohol, acidity, dry extract), smooth.
Pairing Recommendation
Should be enjoyed at a temperature between 12°C and 14°C. An ideal drink to accompany white meats, fish such as grilled salmon or tuna, and even pasta and pizza.
