Tasting Notes
Aspect: Bright. Color: Strong yellow. Aroma: Typical aromas of the Alvarinho grape, with a presence of dried fruits in harmony with wood, resulting from the ageing. Flavor: It confirms the predominant dried fruit and wood aromas, well-balanced, steady, smooth and dry. Awards: 90 points Gold – Catavinum; 87 points Mundus Vini; 88+ Robert Parker; Big Gold Medal – ViniPortugal Awards; Albariño de Oro – Albariños Al Mundo.
Pairing Recommendation
Should be drunk at a temperature of 12°C. Ideal drink with fat fish, roast beef and heavy cheese.
