The winemaking process is meticulous, designed to extract the full potential of the grapes and preserve their aromas. Following gentle maceration and settling, the must ferments at a temperature of 16–18 °C. After a period of bâtonnage in stainless steel, the wine is bottled. Gluten-free and free from animal products. Sustainability Certification (RNCSSV). The naperão, a small piece of lace or embroidery, was a useful item in Portuguese homes, used to protect the velvet on the arms of sofas. Some even had ashtrays attached. The Vinho Verde Region is characterised by high rainfall and lush vegetation; mountains and valleys give way to vineyards stretching all the way to the Atlantic, the birthplace of wines that are unique in their aroma, freshness and minerality.
