Winemaking: A Vinho Verde made from a blend of white grape varieties from the region, sourced from vines around 15 years old trained using the single-cordon system. The winemaking process involves gentle maceration, 12 hours of settling, and fermentation with selected yeasts at 16–18 °C, preserving the primary aromas. Fermentation is halted before completion to retain some of the grape's natural sugar, achieved through filtration and cooling of the wine. Gluten-free and free from animal products.
