The Castello di Luzzano estate straddles Emilia and Lombardia in the Colli Piacentini. 'Tasto di Seta' ('touch of silk'), introduced in 2004, is the estate's still Malvasia — made from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica — named for the silky texture the local soils give the wine.
Tasting Notes
Intensely aromatic, with acacia, cypress and mint on the nose; a palate of lychee, peach and honeysuckle with lime zest, finishing bone dry despite the exotic aromatics.

Producer-recommended as an aperitif, and with fresh pasta, risotto, cold cuts and white meats.
