Le Provençal is produced by the Maîtres Vignerons de la Vidaubanaise, a growers' cellar founded in 1922 in Vidauban, on the limestone foothills of the Maures Massif within the Côtes de Provence AOC.
Tasting Notes
Made like a white wine, with a portion of the fruit cold-macerated and the rest direct-pressed for a delicate pale pink hue, then aged entirely in stainless steel — dry and delicate, without oak influence.
